
TeGari is a cardiovascular recovery program with your complete conditioning in mind, where your entire workout is monitored and timed. It was developed by Mr. Shelton as a result of his training of some of the top US fighters/kick boxers.
All fitness levels welcome. This program easily accommodates the beginner and the seriously in shape individuals.
